We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), Firebase Authentication, and secure database storage. Please keep your password confidential at all times.

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. Contact the TesDesk administrator at your TESDA provincial office to exercise these rights.

TesDesk is intended for residents of Surigao del Sur seeking TESDA-accredited skills development programs. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

Submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment. Applications are subject to review and approval by TESDA Surigao del Sur. You will be notified of your status via email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable TESDA regulations and the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

How do I create an account?
Fill in your name, email, and password on this page. After submitting, check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to activate your account.

I didn't receive a verification email.
Check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, return to the login page and click "Resend Email" when prompted after a failed login.

It says my email is already in use.
An account with that email already exists. Try signing in instead, or contact support if you believe this is an error.

My password doesn't meet the requirements.
Use at least 8 characters. For a stronger password, include uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

How do I apply for a program after registering?
Log in and go to your Dashboard. Click "Apply for a Program," complete the form, and submit. You'll receive an email confirmation.

How do I check my application status?
Log in and visit My Applications in your dashboard. Status is updated in real-time.
